AS 9100

AS 9100 is based on the ISO 9000 model with the inclusion of additional requirements specifically for the aerospace sector, which includes commercial aviation, business aviation and defence. Certification against the AS 9100 standard requirements can be applied to virtually any area of the supply chain, including design and manufacture of equipment, aircraft accessory supply, airport and airline operations, replacement parts, supply and maintenance, overhaul and repair depots, flight operations and cargo handling.

AS 9110 & AS 9120

BCM ISO 22301:2012

BCM is a holistic management process that identifies and analyzes potential incidents that threaten an organization and the development of response plans to minimize their impact on the business. It covers a broad range of business and management disciplines, including risk management, disaster recovery and supply chain management.

ISO 14001

Provides organisations with the elements of an effective environmental management system (EMS) which can be integrated with other management requirements to assist organisations with achieving environmental and financial goals. An EMS provides the framework for an organisation to identity aspects of its business which will have a significant impact on the environment; set objectives and targets to minimise the impact; introduce programmes to achieve the objectives and targets; and establish operational control measures to ensure compliance with its stated environmental policy.

ISO / TS 16949 is the updated version of the QS 9000 Quality Management System (QMS) standard previously developed by Chrysler, Ford and General Motors. The standard addresses the supplier quality requirements as interpreted for the automotive industry. The new version is now aligned to ISO 9001:2000 standard

GMP / GDPMDS

The Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) is based on the internationally recognized Pharmaceutical Inspection Co-operation Scheme (PIC/S) which defines the requirements of GMP for Medicinal Products as required by the Health Sciences Authority (HSA). The GMP sets out how you can establish, document and manage an effective manufacturing facility or resource with respect to safety, quality and efficacy.

ISO 22000 / HACCP

ISO 22000 is a new International Standard designed to ensure safe food supply chains worldwide. It provides a framework of internationally harmonized requirements for the global approach that is needed. The standard has been developed within ISO by experts from the food industry, along with representatives of specialized international organizations and in close cooperation with the Codex Alimentarius Commission, the body jointly established by the United Nations' Food and Agriculture Organization (FAO) and World Health Organization (WHO) to develop food standards. A major resulting benefit is that ISO 22000 will make it easier for organizations worldwide to implement the Codex HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) system for food hygiene in a harmonized way, which does not vary with the country or food product concerned.

ISO/TS 29001:2007

ISO/TS 29001:2007 sets out how you can establish, document and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) which will demonstrate to your customers that you are committed to quality and are able to satisfy their quality needs. It is an internationaly accepted standard for the petroleum, petrochemical and natural gas industries.

SS524 2006 / QMBS

Technical Reference SS 524:2006 is a Quality Management System standard for the safeguarding of bunker quality throughout its supply chain from product procurement to bunker delivery. This technical standard is closely aligned to ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System standard. All licensed bunker suppliers are required to be accreditated through certification to SS 524:2006 and achievement of key performance indicators.

ISO 27001

The ISO 27001 is an information security management system (ISMS). The objectives of ISMS are to help organizations manage their risks against threats and vulnerabilities and ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of information. Information is an asset to every organization requiring information security infrastructure to be robust and resilient. It is designed to be compatible with ISO 9001 in order to facilitate the integration of quality and information security management by organizations.

ISO 28000

ISO 28000 has been developed in response to demand from the industry for a security management standard. Its ultimate aim is to improve the security of supply chains. This is a high level management standard that enables organizations to establish an overall supply chain security management system. This standard provides an internationally recognized way of proving compliance with security requirements. It clearly defines the strategic objectives of the organisation being reviewed and puts into effect regular monitoring with an emphasis on preventive actions and continual improvement. This management system supports the operational and functional requirements of supply chain security and is easily incorporated / compatible with other management systems, such as ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

ISO 14064

Climate Change and resource depletion is causing companies to review its operations and initial practices that will not damage or deplete the environment. More companies are adopting green sustainable operations that will not contributing to global warming. Compliance regulations are coming into force. One example is the United Nations' Kyoto Protocol, which requires industrialized countries to reduce greenhouse gas emissions to about 95 percent of their 1990 levels by 2012. There is a need to reduce carbon emission and to give a guideline to the companies on how to review its operations to ensure that they meet minimum carbon emission standards. ISO 14064 provides the guidelines for monitoring, quantifying and reporting given green house gas emissions reduction in a company operations / projects.

SQA / SQC

Is a quality standard based on the Singapore Quality Award (SQA), which defines the requirements for organisations to meet world-class standards of business excellence. The SQC framework addresses leadership and quality culture, use of information and analysis, strategic planning, human resources development and management, management of process quality, quality and operational results, and customer focus and satisfaction.

S – Class

Supports the world-class Singapore Quality Award framework by strengthening its service capabilities that will enable organizations to move from service quality (i.e., meeting expectations of customers) to service excellence (i.e., to exceed these expectations). The elements of S-Class comprise service leadership, service agility, customer experience and customer delight.

I – Class

Based on extensive international research, consultation and studies of renowned innovative organisations in the world, the Innovation Excellence Framework provides an excellence model that can be applied to any organisation, regardless of its uniqueness. It enables organisations to adopt a total approach to developing the conditions, culture, competencies and connectivity for sustaining innovation. OHSAS 18001 / SS506

Specifies the requirements for an occupational health and safety (OHS) management system to enable organisations to control their OHS risks and improve their performance. It is designed to be compatible with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 in order to facilitate the integration of quality, environmental and OHS management by organisations. The objectives of the system are to maintain a safe and healthy work environment, institutionalise safe working practices and provide for measures for handling emergencies and the prevention of accidents.

ISO 13485

ISO 13485 is an ISO Standard, published in 2003, that represents the requirements for a comprehensive management system for the design and manufactuing of medical devices. It sets out how you can establish, document and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) which will demonstrate to your customers that you are committed to quality and are able to satisfy their quality needs. ISO/IEC 20000 is an international IT standard that allows companies to demonstrate excellence and prove best practice in IT management. The standard ensures companies can achieve evidence-based benchmarks to continuously improve their delivery of IT services. ISO/IEC 20000 was released in 2005 based on the IT infrastructure library (ITIL®) best practice framework, and updated in 2011.

ISO 50001

ISO 50001 gives organizations the requirements for energy management systems (ENMS). ISO 50001 will provide public and private sector organizations with management strategies to increase energy efficiency, reduce costs and improve energy performance. The standard is intended to provide organizations with a recognized framework for integrating energy performance into their management practices.

ISO/TS 16949

ISO/TS 16949 is the globally recognized quality management standard for the automotive industry. It brings together standards from across Europe and the US and provides a framework for achieving best practice with regards to the design and manufacture of products for the automotive supply chain.

ISO/TS 16949 is based on the internally recognized quality management system standard, ISO 9001, and promotes continual business improvement by emphasizing defect prevention and reducing variation and waste in the supply chain.

ISO 20000 / ITIL

ISO 20000 is a global standard that describes the requirements for an information technology servicemanagement (ITSM) system. The standard was developed to mirror the best practices described within the IT infrastructure Library (ITIL) framework. ISO 20000 also supports other frameworks, such as Microsoft Operations Framework.

ITIL provides guidance on what should be done in order to offer the clients of an IT organization adequate IT Services to support their business needs. Organizations seeking to become certified against ISO 20000 must fulfil certain requirements, as outlined in ISO/IEC 20000:2011, Part 1: Service Management System Requirements – these are the mandatory requirements which must be fulfilled by organizations in order to be compliant with the standard.

There is also a second part of the standard (ISO/IEC 20000:2012, Part 2: Guidance on the application of service management systems, in ISO 20000:2005 referred to as “Code of practice”), which contains suggestions for organizations who want to become certified. The guidelines of the second part are not strictly mandatory.
